IM=X® Platform Certification

Overview: The IM=X® Platform Program is a one-day certification for IM=X® Advanced Certified Trainers. Using our exclusive IM=X® Platform attachment, instructors and personal trainers are able to safely add intense standing workouts that challenge balance, lower body strength, core strengthening and spine stabilization. Learn eight platform sequences that blend IM=X® stabilization techniques with lower body resistance and free weights for upper body toning. Your IM=X® Master Trainer will review many hybrid options most of which begin with the Xercizer warm-up then continue on with the standing series which intensify trunk muscle recruitment while performing inner and outer thigh exercises. Other sequences add hand weights for upper body toning. The instruction manual includes photos, step-by-step instructions and suggested class formats. Movie files are provided to assist with learning.
Certification Pre-requisites: Completion of the IM=X® Pilates Basic Intensive and Advanced or Super Advanced Certification. This one-day course can be scheduled in-person or virtually. Practice hours are recommended upon course completion and a Practical Exam must be successfully completed within three months to be awarded certification.
